Terms and Conditions


*1. Definitions

“No Name Digital” refers to the wedding content creation company operating under the legal entity No Name Digital, registered in accordance with UK laws.
“The Main Shot” refers to the trading name under which No Name Digital operates.

*2. Deposit and Payment

Clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed upon fee to secure the booking.

The remaining 50% of the fee is due no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
All charges are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

*3. Liability

No Name Digital, trading as The Main Shot, shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or issues incurred during the event.

The client acknowledges that No Name Digital is not responsible for any issues arising from the conduct or actions of third parties involved in the event.

*4. Delivery

While every effort will be made to deliver the content within the agreed-upon timeframe, No Name Digital reserves the right to extend delivery times due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical issues.

No Name Digital shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred due to delayed delivery of the content.

*5. Content

The services provided by No Name Digital do not replace the services of a traditional wedding photographer or videographer.

The content produced by No Name Digital may differ from traditional wedding photography or videography, and clients should not expect identical results.

*6. Cancellation by No Name Digital

In the unlikely event that No Name Digital is unable to fulfill its obligations, the deposit will be refunded to the client in full.

*7. Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels the booking, the deposit paid is non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the full fee being payable by the client.

*8. Intellectual Property

No Name Digital retains the intellectual property rights to all content produced during the event.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal purposes only.

*9. Amendments

Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

*10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

*Additional Clauses:
*11. Raw Footage

No Name Digital does not provide raw footage as part of its standard service package. All content delivered to the client will be edited and finalized by No Name Digital.

*12. Usage Rights

No Name Digital retains the right to use the content produced during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, and collaborations with other vendors.

*13. Replacement Creator

No Name Digital reserves the right to assign a different content creator to fulfill the obligations of the agreement on the day of the event.

*13.1 Additional Creator

No Name Digital may also assign an additional content creator to work alongside the primary creator on the day of the event.

*14. Revisions

The client is entitled to one round of revisions for the delivered content. All revision requests must be consolidated into a single document and submitted within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the content.

*15. Non-Liability for Delivery

No Name Digital shall not be liable for any delays or failures in content delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events.

*16. Sound Requirements

If sound is utilised in the content, the client may be required to provide or wear microphones as necessary. No Name Digital shall not be liable for any technical issues arising from microphone usage.

*17. Overtime Fee

In the event that the client requests the content creator to stay beyond the agreed-upon time, an additional fee of £2.50 per minute will be imposed. The content creator reserves the right to accept or decline the request for overtime, based on their discretion and availability.

FOR ALL DESTINATION WEDDINGS, PLEASE READ THE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW:

*1. Travel Expenses

Clients are responsible for covering all travel expenses for the content creator(s), including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, meals, and any necessary visas or permits.

*2. Additional Fees

A destination surcharge may be applied to cover the additional costs associated with traveling to and working in a different location. This surcharge will be agreed upon and included in the total fee prior to booking.

*3. Venue Access (Destination Events Outside England)

Clients are responsible for securing all necessary permissions, permits, and access to the wedding venue for the content creator(s) prior to the event.

*4. Schedule Flexibility (Destination Events Outside England)

Due to travel logistics and potential differences in time zones, clients should allow for flexibility in the scheduling of shoots and content delivery for destination weddings.

*5. Weather Conditions (Destination Events Outside England)

No Name Digital shall not be liable for any disruptions or changes to the event schedule due to unforeseen weather conditions at the destination.

*6. Communication (Destination Events Outside England)

Effective communication between the client and No Name Digital is essential for planning and coordinating a successful destination wedding. All details, requirements, and expectations should be communicated clearly and in advance.

*7. Additional Services (Destination Events Outside England)

Clients may request additional services, such as pre-wedding shoots or post-wedding sessions, during their destination wedding. These services will be subject to additional fees and availability.

*8. Local Laws and Regulations (Destination Events Outside England)

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws, regulations, and customs at the destination wedding location, including but not limited to videography permits and restrictions.

*9. Travel Restrictions (Destination Events Outside England)

Clients should be aware of any travel restrictions, health advisories, or quarantine requirements that may affect the content creator(s) traveling to the destination for the wedding.

*10. Insurance (Destination Events Outside England)

It is recommended that clients obtain appropriate travel insurance and wedding insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies during the destination wedding.

*11. Agreement (Destination Events Outside England)

By booking No Name Digital for a destination wedding, clients agree to adhere to these additional terms and conditions specific to destination events, in addition to the general terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
