• Our CRM and form provider (NoNameCRM) for managing enquiries.
• Payment processors for handling deposits and invoices.
• Cloud storage providers for safely storing footage and project files.
• Our accountants and legal advisors where required.
• Additional videographers or contracted crew who may be working on your wedding under written agreement.

All third parties are required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

Storing Your Wedding Footage

The video and photo content we capture is stored on professional-grade encrypted drives and secure cloud backups during the editing process.

Final delivered films and a copy of your raw footage are typically retained for up to 12 months after delivery in case you need a replacement copy. After this period, footage may be archived or securely deleted unless you have requested longer storage in writing.

Data Retention

We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary:

• Enquiry data: retained for up to 24 months if no booking is made.
• Client records: retained for up to 6 years after your wedding for tax and contractual reasons (as required by HMRC).
• Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.
• Wedding footage: see clause 06 above.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your data where there is no legal reason to retain it.
